Manaäki was born from a shared passion between two co-founders: Najaah, the director, and Erwann, the pastry chef. Together, they wanted to create an artisanal pastry shop rooted in Mauritian culture, with the demands and techniques of French pastry..

Founded in Rose Hill, Manaäki draws its inspiration from the richness of flavors
of Mauritius — tropical fruits, local spices, bursts of creativity — while
relying on rigorous French pastry techniques.
Each order is prepared by hand, with ingredients
carefully selected. We do not compromise on quality, and it
shows.
Whether it's a birthday cake for 10 or a catering buffet for
200 guests, we put the same care into every preparation.
